Pozn.: Jde o uznanou diplomovou práci (s dílčími úpravami), takže je shodné i její zadání.
Zadání diplomové práce: Diplomová práce se bude zabývat fotbalem jako sociálním fenoménem, který má mnohem širší souvislosti než by se mohlo zdát z jeho takřka automatického zařazení do rámce sociologie sportu či sociologie volného času. Diplomant se bude věnovat spíše širším společenským souvislostem fotbalu - fotbal a demokratizace (ženy, společenské třídy a vrstvy, rozvojové země), fotbal a ekonomika (profesionalizace, komercionalizace, rozdíly kapitalismus x socialismus), fotbal a racionalizace (byrokracie, vytváření pravidel), fotbal a identita (včetně souvislostí nacionalismu), fotbal a média (prezentování fotbalu, fotbalisté jakožto "vzory"). Všechny tyto otázky bude diplomant rozebírat na pozadí na pozadí vývoje společnosti - tzv. společenské modernizace. |
