Anotace

Ve studii Martin Heidegger, Meyer Schapiro, van Goghovi Boty a některé problémy interpretace se zabývám možnostmi výkladu van Goghova díla Pár bot (Faille F 255). Ve stati Zrození uměleckého díla německého filozofa Martina Heideggera, je rozpracována otázka po bytí bot jako náčiní, přičemž teprve při pohledu na zobrazení bot si divák uvědomuje jejich skutečné bytí, a vnímá je jako autonomní předmět. Heidegger se volně zamýšlí nad obrazem a říká, že se jedná o boty venkovanky. Historik umění Meyer Schapiro napadl v článku Still-Life as a Personal Object Heideggera, že prý obraz fantasticky a svévolně interpretuje. Schapiro dokládá, že boty patří van Goghovi a je potřeba v nich vidět metonymický autoportrét malíře. Z dobových svědectví vyplývá, že znázorněné boty skutečně patřily van Goghovi, jestli však obraz maloval s úmyslem vložit do něj něco z vlastních pocitů není jisté. Práce je dle tématu logicky rozdělena do tří kapitol, první se věnuje Heideggerovi, druhá van Goghovi a třetí Schapirovi.

Annotation

In essay Martin Heidegger, Meyer Schapiro, van Gogh’s Shoes and some Problems of Intrpretation I am dealt with possibilities of interpretation of van Gogh’s artwork Pair of Shoes. In his famous text The Origin of the Work of Art Martin Heidegger considered Shoes as Equipment, which is in common use and being hidden. Only if is eqipment, in this case Shoes, represented in an artwok, one can see it in its real existence. Heidegger freely thought that Shoes on van Gogh’s painting belongs to peasant women. American Scholar and art Historian Meyer Schapiro refused Heideggers free interpretation of van Goghś Painting as bizzare and wilful in his Article Still-life as Personal Object. Schapiro document’s that Shoes were in van Gogh property and are painted as piece of Painter’s personality, as self-portrait. From contemporary evidences we can say that Shoes really belonged to van Gogh, if he wanted to give in the painting something from his own personality is not sure.
