Měření bude sestávat ze zařazení dítěte do lokomočního stadia dle Vojty, hodnocení spasticity všech končetinových segmentů pomocí Ashworthovy škály a hodnocení schopnosti izolovaných pohybů nově navrhovanou škálou schopnosti izolovaných pohybů. Naměřená data budou statisticky zpracována. |

The goal of this thesis is to approve the feasibility and utility of newly proposed selective motor control ability scale in clinical practice.
Informations about spastic movement disorder in children with spastic cerebral palsy and assessment possibilities of its clinical symptoms will be collected. The relationship of achieved level of locomotion (levels of locomotion according to Vojta) and spasticity mesurement outputs (Ashworth scale), selective motor control ability scale outputs respetively, will be tested. Children with spastic cerebral palsy will be invited to participate. During the session, achieved level of locomotion will be evaluated. Ashworth scale will be used in order to evaluate resistence to passive movement in each segment of all limbs. Similarly, all limb segments will be assessed for the ability to control voluntary movement using selective motor control ability scale. Data will be used to statistical analysis. |
