- Table of displayed schedule items
The list of displayed schedule items will appear below the standard schedule and block schedule in the Teachers, Students, and Courses menu sections.

Additional icons for manipulation with the events are displayed on the left of the table to the users with appropriate privileges.
Meaning of other columns and links to other modules:
  • Item code - click on the code to display Details
  • Course title - click on the title to display the Standard schedule of this course
  • Teachers - a list of teachers participating in teaching of the schedule item
    • 2432.png - a link to the Courses module - menu Teachers
    • 2433.png - click on this icon to display the Standard schedule of this teacher
  • Time - when the instruction takes place (if it has been scheduled already)
    • regular instruction - day of the week and time when the class starts
    • irregular instruction - the word "irregular" is displayed
    • block instruction - words "whole week" are displayed and the time when the classes start
  • Room - identification of the room for all types of instruction with the exception of irregular instruction
    • irregular instruction - the word "irregular" is displayed
  • Duration - duration of the instruction
    • regular instruction - duration in minutes
    • irregular instruction - the word "irregular" is displayed
    • block instruction - duration in minutes + the word "block" is displayed together with a specification of weeks in which the classes take place
  • Language - language of instruction

  • Registered students (capacity)
    • number of students registered so far and maximum course capacity
  • Students - codes of student groups linked with this schedule item. Hover your cursor over a code to view the details.
  • Groups - course groups with which the schedule item course is associated
Most columns can be sorted using the arrow icons in the table heading. In columns containing longer text, this text will be automatically shortened to fit the space (the text in its entirety can be viewed by hovering the cursor over it).
