In the Schedule module you can browse the schedule of a chosen faculty, academic year and semester as set in the Settings.
The range of the displayed information and possibilities of further work with the schedule depends on the role of the user. Each user-role has different range of access rights. Whenever we describe actions depending on the range of the rights, we mention it.
First, we need to describe types of viewing the schedule. The basic looks of the schedule are the following:
- Standard - schedule in one week of a semester - all types of teaching are displayed, not the reservations
- Block - weeks of the semester - only the block teaching
- Detailed - the whole semester day by day - all types of teaching
- - shows all rooms of the building and their occupancy during a week - for each time-slot there is a number of week, when the room is occupied
- - occupancy of all rooms of a given building in the week determined by a given date
Types of teaching:
- standard - printed in blue - regular classes, every week (every second week) for the whole semester
- block - printed in green - block teaching, a longer period of classes during the whole week
- irregular - printed in pink - teaching on a concrete date and time
- reservation - printed in orange - the room is booked for this period of time
