Natural configuration is one of standard concepts to address elasto-plasticity in continuum physics, especially in models based on conservation laws. This manuscript compares it with the GENERIC framework (which is used in our GAUK project). Martin Sýkora performed numerical computations showing elasto-plastic-like behaviour of the GENERIC model.

Superfluid helium-4 could be modelled by the SHTC equations for binary mixtures that we work with in our GAUK project. The principal question is what energy functional should be used to describe that material.

Martin Sýkora studied the "standard" choice from [1] and faund that such energy cannot be in general formulated as a function of the state variables (namely entropy) and that the model is therefore incoplete.
