Cílem studia je připravit vysoce kvalifikované, nezávisle myslící tvořivé odborníky pro akademickou sféru, veřejný sektor, finanční a bankovní sektor a mezinárodní instituce.

Learning outcomes

Absolvent čtyřletého doktorského studia SP Ekonomické teorie, oboru Ekonomie, je odborníkem v oblasti ekonomické teorie, teorie financí a její aplikace v ekonomických analýzách. Vzhledem k hlubokým znalostem metodologie vědy, metodologie ekonomie, mikroekonomie, makroekonomie, nové politické ekonomie, teorie financí a ekonometrie, se zaměřením na národohospodářská studia, ekonomii veřejného sektoru, mezinárodní ekonomii, ekonomii finančních trhů a institucionální ekonomii je schopen vědeckovýzkumné a analytické práce v teoretických ekonomických disciplinách.

Study profile

The aim of our program is to train highly qualified experts capable of independent and creative thought and well-equipped for work in academia, the public sector, the financial and banking sector as well as in international institutions.

Learning outcomes

Graduates doctoral program in Economic Theory, part of the field of Economics, are experts in economic theory as well as in the theory of finance and its application to economic analysis. Deeply versed in scientific methodology, economic methodology, micro- and macroeconomics, the 'new' political economics, the theory of finance and econometrics, and specialized in domestic economics, public sector economics, international economics, the economics of financial markets and institutional economics, our graduates are well able to pursue scientific research as well as analytical work in the various branches of theoretical economics.
