WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY RELATED INCOVENIENCE!!!<br> <br> The lesson is organized primarly for Erasmus students! Czech students may attend the course only after a prior agreement with the lecturer.<br> <br> 8 ECTS<br> <br> The aim of the course is to provide students with a practical and interactive hands-on training of fundamental<br> project management techniques. The main focus is put on practical aspects of project management so that students are<br> able to integrate fast into project team environment in real life situations.<br> <br> By the end of the course, students will be able:<br> <br> " to understand and use basic project management terminology<br> " to describe individual phases of the project-life-cycle (project initiation, planning, execution, closure)<br> " to distinguish roles and responsibilities within the project team<br> " to comprehend and use basic project management techniques (eg. change management, risk<br> management, issue management, earned value etc.)<br> " to analyze case studies<br> " to prepare their own small projects.<br> <br> Credit will be given based on final test results, completion of all tasks assigned and an active participation<br> throughout the seminar (no more than 2 absences possible throughout the semester! please adjust your arrival/departure times).<br> Exam period starts beginning January. |
