The lecture will provide students with the knowledge of configuration, maintenance and optimization of Oracle Server. Students will learn specific features of SQL Server including practical administration (configuration, backup and recovery) and programming support (optimization, debugging, performance monitoring, transaction support). The knowledge in scope of lecture NDBI025 - Database Systems is supposed! The knowledge in scope of lecture NDBI026 - Database Applications is welcome!
