1. Lipidová (bio)membrána. Transport přes membránu - ionty, nepolární vs. polární molekuly, makromolekuly. Nespecifická permeace, aktivní a pasivní transport. Jejich termodynamické a kinetické aspekty. Membránový potenciál.
2. Metody studia transportu přes membránu. Pasivní transport - nespecifická permeace, usnadněná difúze. Kanály, transportéry. Oligopeptidy jako model studia membránových proteinů.
3. Struktura proteinů (se zaměřením na membránové), metody jejího studia
Symport, antiport. Proteiny rodiny MFS (major facilitator superfamily); rodina aniontových mitochondriálních přenašečů
(MACP); rodina DMT - protein EmrE - transport cizorodých látek; antiport kation/proton; Ton komplex E. coli.
7. Primárně aktivní transport.
Aktivní transport kationtů (P-ATPázy) -podskupiny, struktura, kofaktory; Transport protonů: F- a V-ATPázy; ABC
pumpy - transport cizorodých látek ven z buňky, rezistence na léky.
8. ATPázy P- a F- typu
Ca2+-ATPáza, Na/K ATPáza, F1FO-ATPáza
9. Proteiny dýchacího řetězce
Redoxní reakce, redoxní potenciál, prostetické skupiny účastnící se přenosu elektronů; mitochondrie, jejich
