Synchronized Swimming - rules, basic skills training,

Water Polo - practice basic gaming activities,

diving - practicing some simple techniques jumps

importance and mutual use of physical skills different swimming sports and theoretical knowledge tests.

Course completion requirements -

100% participation in teaching. To swim 800m continuously without interruption and during the change of all four swimming methods in a minimum length of 25m. Leading a ball in a swimming way crawl - 50m (water polo). Show ballerina figure (synchronized swimming). Walking water with arms in the stomach for 30 seconds. Jump from 3m planks - men arrow, women jump on legs. Jump from 1m board backwards.
Students swim alone in separate lanes and each student has 2 corrective attempts to pass the credit
