Swimming: Mastering basic swimming skills, training swimming techniques. Training of jump start and basic turns. Games and other activities in water with a focus on preschool children. Swimming:If it is necessary to introduce a distance form of teaching, this teaching will take place online in a virtual environment on the Microsoft Teams platform in the form of lectures, consultations for lectures, presentations of student assignments, including their analysis and reflection on these tasks and discussions.

Swimming:
Prerequisites and co-requisites Mastering basic swimming skills, training swimming techniques - breasts, emblem, crawl.Correction of previously fixed errors.Training of jump start and basic turns.Games and other activities in water with a focus on preschool children.Introduction to safety and hygiene principles in swimming lessons.

Gymnastics:
Mastering of procedures and methods of gymnastic skills training.Acquaintance with appropriate forms of gymnastic exercises with respect to age (simple exercises, acrobatic exercises, use of tools and equipment, training help, music movement education, construction of gymnastic unit, non-traditional content).

Swimming: practical test - basic swimming skills, their demonstration (breathing into the water, hovering and confluence, orientation in the water, feeling of water jumps and falls), swim 100m in selected swimming way according to the rules of swimming in the limit, swim at least 10m below water.The starting jump is a part of the 100m track. Students swim alone in separate lanes and each student has 2 corrective attempts to pass the credit
Gymnastics: theoretical test, practical output, active participation in all lessons.
