Forms of Health PE. Health classification. Relations between PE, HPE and Remedial PE. Correct and incorrect body posture, diagnosis, influence of physical exercise on posture. Local exercises. Exercises for stretching, strengthening, relaxation and breathing, coordination and balance. Exercises using equipment and tools. Learning basic motor skills and creating a store of exercises.

Formy zdravotní TV. Zdravotní skupiny. Vztah TV, ZTV a LTV. Správné a vadné držení těla, diagnostika, vliv tělesných cvičení na držení těla. Cvičení pro jednotlivé oblasti těla. Cvičení protahovací, posilovací, relaxační a dechová, koordinační a balanční. Cvičení s náčiním a na nářadí. Osvojení základních pohybových dovedností a vytvoření základního zásobníku cviků.
