The aim of the course is to get an overview of theoretical grounds of elementary human functional anatomy and physiology physical activities from the perspective of the lifestyle of an individual. The subject develops the relationship to physical activities and sports. The subject provides for the basis for education, instruction and counselling in the lifelong health promotion physical activities. |
