Students improve their knowledge and skills of literary theory which are needed for analysis of literary texts. This knowledge and skills are built up in German. Analysis mostly of shorter texts which can be used when teaching a foreign language at elementary schools, not only for pre-intermediate level but also for elementary level. Work with the text is seen as one of the methods underlining the communicative aspect of teaching a foreign language.

Obsahem kurzu je přiblížení stěžejních pojmů umožňujících analýzu textu. Osvojení základních znalostí ze stylistiky a textové lingvistiky, vzájemné sepětí těchto jazykovědných disciplín a jejich souvislost s teorií literatury. Kurz se zároveň zaměří na prohlubování těchto kompetencí v NJ. Kurz se zaměří zejména na texty z umělecké literatury, díla adresovaná dospělým čtenářům.
