Italian Course I is intended for Bachelor and Master students and requires an entry level of at least B2-.
The teaching in the course is designed to provide students not only with the consolidation of language competences, but also with an insight into the current cultural-social-political events in Italy.

The aim of the course is to extend the student's communication skills so that it becomes natural for him / her to speak or write on more complex social themes and at the same time understand the spoken and written form of more specialized Italian.

During the course we will use the authentic materials from the Internet. We will use the methods of cooperative learning, but also some non interactive methods (reading comprehension).

Active participation in the seminar, oral introduction to the chosen topic during the semester, test at the end of the semester with min. 65% accuracy.

The teaching in the course takes place in the form of so-called project blocks, which are focused on topics that currently resonate with Italian society.

The course also focuses on the attachment of grammatical structures and their active correct use.

The materials provided to students and used during the course are exclusively for the purpose of study for registered members of the course Specialised Italian I. They are not intended for wider distribution.
