This subject is focusing on media and digital literacy in a broad sense, trying to explain how those areas are defined and why this definition is difficult. Furthermore, it focuses in current research on the topic, on methodology and on issues that are related to media and digital literacy (such as education and policy decisions). All of this is explored by the students during reading and discussions in the lectures.
