Jednosemestrální předmět sociologie organizace a řízení by měl budoucím sociologům poskytnout nezbytný základ teorie organizace a řízení. Cílem přenášky je diskutovat a objasnit otázky typu: Co je to organizace? Jak funguje? Co drží organizaci pohromadě? Jak je možno organizaci měnit, jaké jsou její adaptační mechanismy?.Jaká je budoucnost organizací a jaké jsou moderní trendy řízení?

Je třeba připravit teoretický vstup nebo příspěvek praktičtějšího rázu a přednést jej v semináři. Odevzdání příspěvku pouze písemnou formou je třeba předem dohodnout a nezbavuje dotyčného povinnosti aktivní účasti na semináři.Zkouška probíhá ústní formou.
