| 1. Provést mapování elektrického odporu a fotovodivosti semiizolačního krystalu CdZnTe bezkontaktní metodou
2. Na základě analýzy rozložení fotovodivosti připravit soubor vzorků 3.Provést měření nízkoteplotní fotoluminiscemce, fotovodivosti (kontaktní metoda), spektroskopie hlubokých hladin a součinu pohyblivosti a doby života nosičů 4. Analyzovat korelaci mezi jednotlivými měřeními 5. Vypracovat model defektní struktury a stanovit poruchy limitující sběr náboje v detektorech CdZnTe |
