Guidelines

Diplomová práce s názvem Marc Orlando a jeho přínos pro výzkum tlumočení bude deskriptivní teoretickou studií zabývající se osobností a dílem Marca Orlanda, francouzsko-australského konferenčního tlumočníka, překladatele, badatele, profesora a ředitele programu Překladatelství a tlumočnictví na Macquarie University v Sydney. Práce bude zahrnovat autorovu biografii a analýzu jeho prací a přínosu v jednotlivých oblastech výzkumu tlumočení, na které se zaměřuje. Patří mezi ně například využití nových technologií v tlumočení, propojování praxe, výzkumu a odborné přípravy tlumočníků a překladatelů či vývoj a současný stav konferenčního tlumočení v Austrálii. Autorův výzkum v těchto oblastech bude rovněž uveden do širších souvislostí.
