Práce se týká trestněprávních a kriminologických aspektů korupce. Popsána bude problematika upravená trestním právem hmotným, procesním a mezinárodní aspekty. Posouzeny budou i další opatření přijatá k boji proti korupci. Závěrem této práce bude doporučení případných změn konkrétních ustanovení.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The work concerns the criminal and criminological aspects of corruption. The issues regulated by substantive, procedural and international criminal law will be described. Other measures taken to fight corruption will also be considered. The conclusion of this work will be a recommendation of possible changes to specific provisions.
