Cílem práce je separace nanomateriálů pomocí gradientové centrifugace, zvolení vhodného gradientu pro dané nanočástice, jejich separace pomocí centrifugace a extrakce, chemická a fyzikální charakterizace takto získaných frakcí nanomateriálů.
