Guidelines

V této práci bych se chtěl zaměřit na interpretaci archeologických pramenů ke kultu Kabeirů v boiotských Thébách(zejména na specifickou keramiku, tzv. Kabeiric ware). Kult Kabeirů se poté pokusím zasadit do širšího kontextu řeckého náboženství, především mystérií. Zvláště bych se chtěl věnovat úloze humoru či vtipu na kabeirské keramice v souvislosti s kultem a obecněji významu humoru v náboženství. K uchopení komičnosti vyobrazení mi poslouží teorie Ann Steiner o opakujícich se motivech na řecké keramice.
