Náplní mé práce je především zjistit, jak se učitelé stávají alternativními učiteli. Situaci budu zkoumat kvantitativní metodou pomocí rozhovorů, ve kterých se zaměřím především na to, v čem oni sami vidí svoji alternativu a jak oni sami tuto funkci vnímají. Zkoumat budu především jejich cestu, jak se k této práci dostali, a to jak po stránce formální (tedy proces studia a přípravy), tak po stránce subjektivní. Bude mne zajímat, jaké zážitky je v průběhu let formovaly a zda v těchto procesech naleznu odlišnosti mezi Českou republikou a Německem.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of the thesis is to find out, how teachers can become alternative teachers. The situation is going to be examined by quantitative method using interviewing aimed especially on teachers´ opinions on their own alternatives and their perception of the employment as alternative teacher. Special focus will be aimed on teachers´ ways of getting this job from both formal (study process and preparation) and subjective point of view. Experiences, which strongly influenced alternative teachers, will be recognized. Possible differences in above mentioned processes between Czech Republic and Germany will be described.
